How should I care for my Antaar jewelry?

To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and prolonged moisture. Gently clean your pieces with a soft cloth and store them in a dry, safe place when not in use.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, we offer a two-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

How long does shipping take?

We use DHL or FedEx Express for all of our orders, ensuring delivery within 2-4 business days.

Please allow an additional 7-9 business days for order processing and fulfillment before your shipment is dispatched.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking details to monitor its progress.

Will I be charged taxes and duties?

United States, Australia, Canada, Europe, and Singapore:
Prices include all applicable taxes and duties for shipments to these regions, so you won’t incur any additional charges upon delivery.

Other Countries:
For shipments to other countries, local duties and taxes may apply. Antaar has no control over these fees. Please check with your country’s customs and import office for more information. If applicable, taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout to ensure there are no surprises upon delivery.

What shipping options are available?

We provide free standard shipping on all orders over $150 USD. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional fee.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress on our website or the carrier's site.

Are my items insured?

We partner with trusted carriers like FedEx and DHL to ensure your items are delivered safely.

Your package is fully insured by us, so you can shop with confidence. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details from DHL.

If your order doesn't arrive within 7 days of the DHL notification, please reach out to us immediately so we can start the insurance process.

Returns & Refund

What is your return policy?

At Antaar, we offer a no-questions-asked return policy. You can exchange or return your pieces within 30 days of delivery, as long as they meet the following conditions:

1. Items must be unworn and in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.

2. Returns must include all original packaging—this includes tags, the box, and the pouch.

3. Sets must be returned as a complete set; individual pieces from a set cannot be returned or exchanged separately.

4. For Lab-Grown Diamonds, the IGI certification must be included. Without it, the return will be sent back to the sender.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To start a return or exchange, simply email us at hello@antaar.com with your order number, and we’ll provide you with a return label and detailed shipping instructions.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Our team strives to process orders quickly; therefore, modifications or cancellations may not be possible once an order is placed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes, and we will do our best to assist you.
